Important Reminders Before You Fly
Whether you're flying for business or for pleasure, there are important rules every passenger needs to follow in order to give themselves and their fellow passengers a worry-free travel experience when flying back to the Philippine isles!

3. BOOK YOUR QUARANTINE HOTEL
A room reservation at an accredited hotel/facility is required to enter the Philippines. View list of hotels here. Arriving passengers are required fourteen (14) days of quarantine, booking a hotel stay for at least ten (10) days while the remaining four days can be completed at home under supervision of the local government. On day three (3), non-OFWs shall receive an e-mail requesting them to fill up a health check questionnaire while a free swab test will be administered on day seven (7).
4. REGISTER & COMPLETE E-CIF FORM

5. AT THE AIRPORT
At the airport, submit the completed Health Declaration Form to the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ). Your quarantine booking will be verified by the authorized hotel/facility personnel.
Passengers should then proceed to the validation desk where healthcare staff will verify and confirm their e-CIF data. Pre-payment of RT-PCR test worth PHP4,000 must be paid by the passenger. Accepted payment types are cash, credit card, AliPay, Gcash, PayPal, and WeChat Pay. Before exiting the airport, submit the Affidavit of Undertaking to the Philippine Coast Guard and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) form to the BOC Officer;
Finally, passengers must proceed to their respective transport vehicles for transfer to their quarantine hotels/facilities.
6. GET TESTED & KNOW THE RESULTS
A COVID-19 test is required upon arrival in the Philippines. On your 7th day of quarantine, stay at the hotel/facility for RT-PCR Testing to be administered to non-OFWs, balikbayans, or former Filipino citizens. Receive the results as fast as 24 hours. At any point from arrival to your scheduled test, passengers showing symptoms shall directly inform their hotel of their condition. The hotel shall inform the DOH and BOQ for assessment, medical management and testing.
IF FOUND POSITIVE, an assessment will be made by the health/quarantine officer to determine the appropriate next steps.
IF FOUND NEGATIVE, passengers may obtain the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) medical certificate via quarantinecertificate.com and by emailing the BOQ at . Once done, present your test result and BOQ medical certificate for clearance.
7. CHECKING OUT / GOING HOME
Once cleared, you may call up your relatives or Local Government Unit to pick you up or you may arrange for your own transportation.
